Diamond Development Company Limited is an indigenous company established in 2012 to carry on the business of civil engineering construction, provide services of every description including the planning, design, erection, improvement, repairs, alteration, maintenance and demolition of construction works.
Over the years, the company has been involved in the construction of a broad spectrum of projects for governments, multinational companies, industrial groups, as well as high-net-worth individuals.
We have successfully completed projects such as the construction of complexes, roads, highways, wharves, building, marine works, railways, manufacturing facilities, power plants, communication projects, sewage work, drainage systems, water engineering works surveying and also renders engineering consultancy service.

SIR OBIALOR KINGSLEY IK - GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR
He holds First and Second Degree in Banking and Finance with over fifteen (15) years’ experience in Road and Water Engineering Management. He has worked in several construction companies in various capacities before floating Diamond Development Company Limited. He has participated in the supervision of Heavy Construction works within and outside Nigeria. He spear heads the management team of the company in the execution of projects.
ENGR. HYPOLITE ONYEKWERE - GENERAL MANAGER, PROJECT
Engr. Hypolite holds a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Civil Engineering. He also has a Masters Degree in Engineering hydrology from the University of London and DIC from Imperial College of Science and Technology, South Kensington. He has experience in the practice of engineering especially in the areas of infrastructures development, management and technical advisory capacity for building structures, geotechnical services, dams and water supply technologies.
ENGR. EMENOGU HUMPHREY - PROJECT MANAGER
He is a Project Manager, B. Eng, M.Sc Civil Engineering, with over 24 years of experience in Construction field, he has worked in several engineering companies where he managed numerous projects successful completion before joining our company’s projects. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria. (COREN).
